I am a Licensed Associate Broker and reside in the Village of Malverne with my wife Mary Ann, who was a long-time teacher at Special Treasures Early Education Nursery School. My children, Richard and Melissa, are graduates of Valley Stream North High School and are both married. I am happy to say that they have blessed us with five beautiful grandchildren.

I have been proudly associated with Newman Realty for over 39 years. In addition, I am extremely active in the community. I am a past President and Chairman of The Malverne Merchants and Professional Association (MMPA) and continue to sit on the Board of Directors. For over 27 years I have spearheaded many development projects, which include scholarship awards for our local high school graduates and obtaining our downtown clock. I have also been named “Small Business Person of the Year” by the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce and “Best Community Leader” by Long island Lifestyles that same year.
